Field Trip Transportation

Joshua Tree National Park provides the perfect outdoor setting to enhance classroom-based learning. All ranger-led education programs are curriculum-based (California State Education Standards, NGSS) and free of charge. Through generous donations from the Joshua Tree National Park Association, the park is able to fund students traveling to the park by school bus within 50 miles of the park boundary. This funding has enabled thousands of students to visit the park and learn about its precious lands and resources.
